1. Agreement to Terms
By using the services of Lorne Park Car Centre or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
Lorne Park Car Centre provides automotive repair and maintenance services including, but not limited to:
- Vehicle diagnostics
- Mechanical repairs
- Oil changes and maintenance
- Brake services
- Tire services
- Inspections and tune-ups
Service availability may vary.
3. Estimates and Pricing
- Estimates are based on the information available at the time provided
- Additional repairs or parts may result in revised pricing
- Customer approval will be requested before significant additional work is completed
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate vehicle and contact information
- Remove personal valuables from vehicles
- Ensure lawful ownership or authorization to service the vehicle
We are not responsible for personal items left inside vehicles.
5. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may accept:
- Debit/credit cards
- Cash
- E-transfer
- Other approved payment methods
Late or unpaid balances may be subject to collection procedures permitted by law.
6. Parts and Warranty
- Replacement parts may be OEM or aftermarket unless otherwise specified
- Manufacturer warranties may apply to parts used
- Labour warranties, if offered, will be communicated separately
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Customer misuse or neglect
- Pre-existing conditions
- Damage caused by unrelated mechanical failures
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Lorne Park Car Centre is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed
We are not responsible for delays caused by parts shortages, supplier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Appointment Cancellations
Customers should provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments may affect future booking availability.
9. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website unlawfully
- Attempt to interfere with website functionality
- Copy or reproduce website content without permission
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, and materials are owned by Lorne Park Car Centre unless otherwise stated.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
